I am very happy to report that I have two poems in The Alchemy of Stars II, an anthology of the 2005-2018 winners of the Rhysling and Dwarf Star Awards. My poems “Interregnum” and “Advice to a Six-Year-Old” are included, along with poems by Amal El-Mohtar, Neil Gaiman, Ann K. Schwader, Catherynne M. Valente, Jane Yolen, and many more.
I am delighted to report that my short story “Redemption” has been accepted by Fireside, my second story to find a home there π π
I’m happy to report that my poem “How to Surprise Saturn” is in Spillway 27, my fourth poem to appear there.
My short story Charmed appeared today in Daily Science Fiction, my sixth story to appear there.
I’m honored that my essay At the Intersection of Science and Poetry has appeared online at imaginED. The essay describes how I came to write Elemental Haiku. It also contains a photo of one of my cats π

I am doubly happy to report that two of my poems are in the November/December issue of Asimov’s Science Fiction: “How to Curve Spacetime” and “Not For Sale.”
