I’m very happy to report that my poem How to Go Twelfth is a finalist for the AnLab Readers’ Award 🙂 🙂

I’m happy to say I’ve had a poem accepted by Dreams & Nightmares, my tenth poem to find a home there.

I’m very happy to report my first acceptance from Uncanny Magazine, who’ve accepted a science fiction poem of mine 🙂

I’m very happy to say that I just signed a poetry contract with Analog 🙂 This is my fourth poem to be accepted by Analog, and they have also published five of my short stories.

My short story “Under Earth” has been accepted by NewMyths.com 🙂

I had a poem accepted by Star*Line, the quarterly magazine of SFPA, the Science Fiction and Fantasy Poetry Association 🙂

Ursula K. Le Guin is perhaps my favorite author, so I am particularly glad that a poem of mine, “On Reading Le Guin,” has just been published in a poetry anthology in her honor, Climbing Lightly Through Forests. The poem first appeared in Uppagus.

I am triply happy to report that three poems from The Sign of the Dragon have been nominated for the Rhysling Award 🙂 🙂 🙂 The poems are “The Cat’s Epilogue,” “Two Weeks,” and “Ford”. (“Ford” can be read online because it appeared in Heroic Fantasy Quarterly soon after its first appearance in The Sign of the Dragon.)

I’m happy to report that I’ve had two poems accepted by Uppagus 🙂

My poem The Middle Kingdom has been published by Polu Texni, my fifth poem to appear there. It’s about an alternate reality where China is at the center of the universe.
