This weekend, I will be one of many authors at Confluence, an annual Pittsburgh science fiction conference. I’ll be giving a reading at 11 on Saturday morning, and will also be on various panels…. Also, I’ve had two poems accepted by Star*Line, titled “Cyborg Cats” and “How to Emulate Black Holes” 🙂

My poem “Galahad” has been accepted by Star*Line, my 45th poem to be accepted there 🙂
Two pieces of good news on the same day: I just received a copy of the July/August 2019 issue of Fantasy & Science Fiction, which contains my poem “To Skeptics” 🙂 And my poem “How to Go Twelfth” was accepted by Analog 🙂
Five poems from The Sign of the Dragon have been reprinted in volume 7 of the Insignia anthology series 🙂
Two pieces of publication news…. I received my copy of The 2019 Rhysling Anthology, which contains three of my poems: “Dear Creator” (first published in F&SF), “Alien Interview Questions” (first published in Dreams & Nightmares), and “Dragon Mountain” (first published in Heroic Fantasy Quarterly). Plus my poem How to Thank Earth is online in Uppagus 🙂
Happy news: my poem “How to Honor Sirius” has been accepted by Eternal Haunted Summer.
