NewMyths.com has accepted a second poem from me, ten days after I received my first acceptance from them 🙂

Happy news! I’ve had a poem accepted by NewMyths.com, my first acceptance from them 🙂

I am very happy indeed to report that Fantasy & Science Fiction has accepted my poem “In the Caverns of the Moon,” and that Uppagus has accepted two of my poems (“Eighth Day” and “Snapdragons”).

Strange Horizons has accepted two of my poems: “Advice for Time Travelers” and “How to Betray Sagittarius A*” — happiness! And in further good news, my poem Trojan Cats is up at Uppagus 🙂

Firstly, I will be at Worldcon in a week! I’ve a reading at 2 pm on Monday August 20, and I’m also on three poetry panels, including a SFPA group reading. Click here to see my schedule.

Secondly, I am delighted to report my first acceptance from NonBinary Review, who will be publishing a piece of mine in their issue on The Wind in the Willows.

Thirdly, I am also delighted to report my first appearance in Asimov’s Science Fiction! I received my contributor copies of the September/October 2018 issue, which contains my poem “Packing for the Afterlife.”

I have three poems in the new issue (#111) of Apex Magazine, the Zodiac-themed issue edited by Sheree Renée Thomas 🙂

Just two hours after I submitted them, Star*Line accepted my poems “How to Be Invisible” and “Unicorn Care” 🙂 They also rejected three other poems sent in the same batch, but I’m happy with a forty percent success rate!

My poem “Moon Swan,” first published in Star*Line, has been reprinted in Undead: A Poetry Anthology of Ghosts, Ghouls, and More.
