My poem How to Mourn Kepler’s Supernova is in the latest issue of Penumbric, my first appearance there 🙂

My short story In My Tower has just been published in Daily Science Fiction 🙂 For the curious, it was rejected 5 times. In a fit of foolish optimism, one of the places I sent it was the Threepenny Review, a literary rather than SF/F market that I’ve never sold to.

I am honored and delighted to report that The Sign of the Dragon has been nominated for the 2021 Elgin Award 🙂 🙂 🙂

My poem Thirty-Ninth War Between Innis and Meqing: Commencement has just been reprinted in Heroic Fantasy Quarterly. It’s the ninth poem from The Sign of the Dragon that they’ve published, and the first from the perspective of one of King Xau’s enemies.
